Blood Group Systems

Genetics and inheritance, antigen structure, biochemical properties, and clinical significance in transfusion.15–20% of exam

Immune response, immunoglobulins, antigen-antibody interactions, complement system, hemostasis and coagulation, HDFN, cytopenias, and transplantation basics. 10–20% of exam

Serologic & Molecular Testing

Routine and advanced testing methods, reagents, antibody screening and identification, molecular techniques, and quality assurance. 20–25% of exam

Transfusion Practice
