Twice monthly sessions covering leadership, study skills, career exploration, STEM pathways, identity, discipline, and goal-setting. Community learning meets structured curriculum.

Structured workbooks for every track keep students accountable and provide take-home material to reinforce each session’s learning between meetings.

Monthly Individual Coaching: 30 - 45 min

 One-on-one sessions personalized to each student — academic planning, career pathway mapping, college readiness, and progress tracking with parent communication.

Dr. Chesie Voma-Awu

Dr. Chesie Voma Awu is a clinical laboratory director and founder of Lab2Doctors, dedicated to helping healthcare professionals and students better understand laboratory science and its impact on patient care.
With nearly two decades of experience in laboratory medicine, leadership, and education, she has worked with multiple diagnostic laboratories and healthcare teams while guiding students and professionals toward meaningful careers in healthcare.
